Roofers in Mildenhall

Mildenhall is just up the road from our base in Red Lodge. We work across the town and the villages around it, including Barton Mills, Worlington, Beck Row, West Row and Holywell Row.

Mildenhall is an old market town on the River Lark, with a historic centre around the market place and its church, and plenty of 20th-century and modern housing around it. The villages to the west, near the airbase, have a wide mix of homes, many with extensions, garages and outbuildings.

We are asked for everything from roof repairs to slipped tiles and leaks, to re-roofs on older houses whose tiles and battens have had their day, and EPDM and felt flat roofs on extensions and garages.

The open landscape around Mildenhall can leave roofs exposed in strong winds. If tiles or ridges have come off in a storm, call 07301 700684 about an emergency call-out. Every inspection and quote is free.

Many homes around Mildenhall and the nearby villages are rented, and landlords and letting agents need a leak fixed quickly and a clear account of what was done. We explain what we found and what we repaired, and we can quote separately for any further work the roof needs, so you can plan ahead rather than waiting for the next leak.

Garages, sheds and outbuildings are common on the larger plots in the villages around Mildenhall, and their flat roofs are often the first part of a property to let water in. Old felt can blister, split and pull away at the edges. We can re-cover them in EPDM rubber or 3-layer mineral felt, and check the timber deck underneath while the old covering is off, replacing any boards that have gone soft.
