EPDM and felt flat roofs
We fit new flat roofs and replace old ones on homes in Red Lodge and across Suffolk and Norfolk, using EPDM rubber or 3-layer mineral felt.

Replacing a flat roof properly usually means stripping the old covering, checking and renewing the deck where needed, and laying a new system with the right edge details.
EPDM is a single sheet of rubber membrane, bonded to the deck with neat trims at the edges. A 3-layer mineral felt roof is built up in layers and finished with a mineral cap sheet. We explain the difference during the free inspection and recommend the one that suits your roof and budget.
