Roofers in Red Lodge

Red Lodge has grown quickly, with large estates of newer homes built either side of the old village. Newer roofs still need looking after: ridge and verge tiles can work loose in high winds, and fascias and roofline and gutters need attention as the years go by. Many of the newer homes in Red Lodge share similar roof designs, with concrete interlocking tiles, dry-fixed ridges and verges, and uPVC fascias and soffits. Those roofs are usually sound, but a dry-fix ridge cap or verge clip can come loose, and a single lifted tile is enough to let rain reach the membrane underneath. A quick repair at that stage is far cheaper than dealing with wet insulation or a stained ceiling later.
